Otome

-Sky-

Volley ball was a lot of fun. Adel made it back into the locker room before I did and he was already getting dressed by the time I got to my locker.

“Did you see Candy checking you out?” Snow asked me as I unlocked my locker and started getting changed myself.

‘It was kind of embarrassing though because I had too small of a shirt on.’ I mentioned to him as I sighed lightly.

“Awe come on it’s not bad to show a little skin.”
He teased and I could just see him smirking at me and if he could nudge me right now I know he would.

I heard a light clink on the bottom of my locker when I pulled my pants out and looked down there was a sliver chain with a snow flake charm connected to it. “What’s this?” I muttered picking up the necklace by the charm and holding it in my hand. It was smooth and cold to the touch, but it felt like there was something coming from it. The metal didn’t feel like it was heating up from resting in my hand. I almost felt like I was being pulled into the charm. I shook my head to snap myself out of it and looked over at Adel who was fully dressed.

“Is this yours?” I asked him holding out the charm.

Adel shook his head. “No it’s not mine. I’d say keep it though. It matches your hair.” He picked up his bag and slung it over his shoulder. “You seemed pretty engrossed in it too by the look of it.” He said then waved. “I’m going to head to my next class. I’ll see you later.” Then he left.

I set the charm down and I instantly felt like I just lost a chunk of myself. I threw my pants on then put the necklace on and put it under my shirt. I shivered for a moment from the cold of the charm, but I quickly got use to it. I grabbed my stuff, put my gym clothes into my locker and locked it back up and left for my next class.

“I feel funny.” Snow commented as I took notes in my next class.

‘Do you think that there is something going on with the necklace?’ I asked him.

“I don’t know. There may be something. You focus on notes and I’ll see if I can get anything from the charm.” I rose and eye brow after he said that.

‘What are you going to try to talk to it like a child and coax it or something?’ I was so confused.

“Oh just shut it and pay attention to your teacher Sky.”
He laughed and I rolled my eyes and shook my head lightly.

I focused on my class work and finally what felt like hours lunch finally came around. I instantly went to the roof top and took a deep breath. It was nice to be out in the fresh air. It felt so cramped in the school. Of course all I can think of is Snow and myself being about to roam the woods and have sparing matches with Talon. I wandered over to the edge of the school roof that was towards the woods and sat down. “Why do I feel so trapped…” I muttered pulling my legs up to my chest.

“What’s wrong?” Snow asked.

“I know that we were trapped in a game and all for years, but I feel trapped here at this school. I’m also worried about Candice.” I answered.

“Well your learning I’m sure that it’ll take some time to get use to it again. Also why are you so worried about Candy?” He asked with curiosity in his voice.

“What if she won’t believe me? I mean what could be more freaky?” I asked him.

“She’s really smart, I’m sure that she’ll be willing to listen if you tell her that you were the base for Snow’s look in the game. I was just a snow leopard spirit till we were bonded. Probably leave out the that part for now.” He suggested. “Unless you want me to talk to her. I’m sure that we can easily figure out how to switch consciousness.”

“H-Hey now, that’s not fair…” I stared.

“Of course it is. You wouldn’t have been able to be half as flirty if it weren’t for me.” He was completely teasing me right now.

“Why you little…” I muttered.

“Um…” I heard Candy’s voice. I jumped and turned around to see her standing behind me with a bagged lunch.

“Candice! Oh, Hi! I uh…” I didn’t really know what to say, how long had she been standing there? How much of that did she hear. She probably thinks I’m insane.

“I think, I’ll come back another time?” She said and started backing up towards the door.

“N-No Candice please wait a minuet.” I begged quickly standing up.

She turned around and was about to start running back to the door when I managed to grab her wrist and hold her there. “Please let me go.” She said.

“No Candy please listen to me. You know that game Otome? Do you play that game?” I asked here holding my breath trying to get her to calm down.

She stopped pulling against me and looked back at me and nodded.

“This is a start. Your getting her attention.” Snow commented.

“I was the template for Snow in the game.” I told her and she looked at me shocked. “You’ve been staring at me all day.” I smiled and her cheeks flushed a bright pink. “I’m going to take that as a yes you know what I’m talking about.”

“Y-You’re Snow?” She finally got out and blinked.

I nodded and laughed. “Though there’s a lot more to it then that.” I said with a smile.

“You should listen to him ya know.” I looked behind me and a man with two toned black and white hair. It was mainly black with white tips and a long pony tail that rested on the top of his head. He had two dots under his left eye and orange eye shadow on that helped his light blue eyes pop along with two piercings in both ears. He had a belt like choker and was shirtless showing off his toned upper body and arms. One his left wrist he had a green beaded bracelet. His rope belt was yellow and black, with a white cloth that had two thin orange lines going down it on his left side and black jeans that were torn and his upper left thigh had a wrap around it. He also had black slip on shoes that looked like thin slippers.

Candy quickly grabbed onto my arm and pressed she body against it as the man who was floating lightly landed onto the roof. Something about his seemed familiar though. “Have we met before?” I asked him.

“You’ve met my other half yes and I’ve met yours.” He said very calm.

“Wait…Nadir…” Snow said his voice trailing off. “He’s grown a hell of a lot since we last saw each other.”

“You know Snow…” I muttered surprised and he nodded.

“Though it would be nice to be able to stretch my legs a bit more I’ll wait till later and just let Adel take over from here.” He said and in the blink of an eye Adel was standing in front of us with a smile on his face as he put his hands behind his back and laughed sheepishly.

“I guess I have some explaining to do. I’ll give you the short run down for now and after school I can give you a more in-depth explanation about what’s going on.” Adel commented and I felt like my head was spinning a little bit. If it weren’t for the fact that Snow was with me I would have said that I just saw a magic trick, but I know that’s not the case. It can’t be, but some how there must be some sort of magic involved. I know that Snow said he wanted to talk a lot more tonight as I slept, maybe this was going to be something that he wanted to talk about and exactly where he came from and just how we became bonded other then with the game. I can only imagine what is going through Candy’s head at the moment.
