~Candice~

I waited until Snow closed the door and I turned to Lady Amora. “What did you do?” I asked bluntly.

“His program was starting to bug, but no worries, I fixed it. There is no need to worry about it.” She looked at me and my head started to pound and I felt myself start to sway. “Are you alright Candice?” She asked. I nodded a little and waved my hand.

“Fine fine… um, sorry, I’m just a little confused.” I apologized.

“That’s quite alright, and Snow is right, Azar is dangerous. You need to stay away from him.” She said. I turned around and nodded.

“Alright.” I opened up the door again and Snow looked at me.

“What’s wrong?” He asked.

“Just a headache. Nothing major.” I said. He kissed my forehead sweetly. “Aw, much better.” I laughed a little.

“That’s good.” He smiled a little. I paused a little. I knew I went to see Amora about something, but I couldn’t quite remember what it was. I thought hard and shook my head.

“About Azar, is he really as horrible as you say he is?” I asked.

“Yes, he is. He will hurt you if given the chance.” Snow said seriously. “Stay far away from him.” He said. I nodded, but something deep in the back of my mind softly whispered its doubt. I had an odd feeling that I had to go see him, and that there was more to this than what I knew.

“Hey, I think I’m going to take a nap if that’s alright.” I said.

“Of course Candy, do you want me to stay with you?” Snow asked. I shook my head.

“It’s just to make this headache go away. You should take a cat nap too.” I joked and he smiled a little.

“Alright alright. Don’t be afraid to knock on my door when you wake up.” He leaned down and kissed me and I softly kissed back.

“Sleep well.” I said and he went into his room and I went to mine and closed my door, making sure to wait a few minutes before I snuck out of the castle and ran into the woods. I wasn’t completely sure where I was going, but I was determined to go see Azar. I had my wits about me, I knew there was no way something was going to happen to me as long as I was cautious. The only time I had seen these woods was when I was first dropped in here and from up in the air with Talon, and I didn’t really look around, which as I thought about it, was a bad choice and only made things harder for me, and the trees all looked the same, and the path was extremely faint.

The woods continued to get darker the longer I walked. I just hoped Snow was taking an extra long nap, and wouldn’t be angry with me once he figured out what I had done. Something in me just, told me to keep going despite the shadowy figures I kept seeing out of the corner of my eye as well as the air growing heavier with each step I took. But, I did get to my destination without any drama, and I took a deep breath as I approached the large castle doors.
