I have some partial news regarding my technological issues which i ranted on thoroughly in my last post.
First the bad news prior to the current events.
A few days ago i awoke as per usual, meandering about to get up things and such as i most always do, and one of those is turning on my laptop while doing so. However, upon returning to see it in order to log in, i discovered that the screen was grey and had not gone to the log in screen at all. It was as if it were paused between the grey apple loading and the log in. Obviously this worried me. But before fully panicking, i turned off my laptop and restarted it, this time waiting and watching as it started. Unfortunately it appeared to do exactly what it had done before. To be certain i repeated this process a few more times, discovering no matter what i did, the screen continued to settle on that taunting grey screen of doom. Yes, my dears, my laptop had become unresponsive almost entirely. Not dead, but certainly not working.
The next day we arranged to take it to the bar of genius' and have it checked out and to no doubt be sent in to the magic center of wherever they fix stuff. At the time i was warned that the logic board may be somehow damaged and the hard drive could be as well. While there he previously warned of both those, then went back to have something checked, and upon return he only mentioned the logic board, which gave me some minor hope that the hard drive would not be as likely. Now while i have had nearly everything backed up, there were some things which were not. These were nothing vitally important and i would certainly survive without them, but i rather hoped i wouldn't lose them anyways.
My dears, prepare yourself for the tragic part.
Today i received my mac laptop back from the apple overlords, and much to my dismay, not only was the logic board defective but also my hard drive. This meant, sadly, my hard drive and those few things i mentioned which i had not backed up in time were lost. LE WOE! Though not so much really, i will be fine, everything vital to my existence is safe.
The last few hours i have spent setting up my laptop once again, as if it were brand spanking new. Downloading things and moving over files and other etc. has been time consuming. I did the majority of that a little bit ago, and am currently writing this. There are still some things i need to do, primarily file related. A lot of my aesthetic choices were messed up and/or need adjusting. And obviously, the personalization of my laptop is rather important to me when i spent nearly all my time on it. I am also merely a goober that way. Yes, your leader is a goober. Don't let this information go to your head though, goober or no my magnificence is too great to deny. So i will allow you to take a moment to bask. ... Was that sufficient? Good.
Drifting away from the nonsense.
The problems with my desktop monitor have not yet been resolved. I am quite saddened by this, largely because if it is no longer working that is even more time passing where i shall have to go without being able to scan anything while we then must go through the horror of getting a new one. This irksome delay has been no help towards my decreased motivation to be productive with my doodles. Since my last post i have done a couple more, but nothing special and none of which were my neglected WIPS.
If one more thing breaks on me i may melt my brain.

I do apologize for the lack of things going on, i have been having technological issues again...you wouldn't believe the ones actually. It is literally absurd yet disturbingly expected due to my evident lack of luck.
Any of you who have read these silly things, which of course you do because it is mandatory, but anyways, do you recall my postings about computer and laptop issues? Well, guess what. Nearly those exact problems have returned just in time for the new year! Isn't that just fabulous? Is it not the most wonderful turn of events to ever occur? I know that's what i think. What else would i think about it? Obviously.
No. No. I totally lied. I am sure you couldn't tell that i was lying, but i was. It's okay. I know you're mad, but i think you will survive. Don't quote me on that though. Because i am probably lying about that as well. Not sure.
Well then, much like before, my laptop has started randomly restarting for no reason i know of. It is not quite the same as before, there is no specific reason i can recognize coming up when the report that i understand practically nothing of appears, though i suspect it could be a similar one that plagued me back at the later part of 2013. So far it has done this five times, the last one was literally a few hours ago. All this has re-inspired a grand amount of paranoia about loosing my files, so i have backed up many things quite a few times...in fact, every time i add or edit anything i move it over to my flash drive. I cannot lose things or i will die inside. And then where would you all be? I know you can't live without me. *creepily pets*
Along with that, the monitor of the computer i use for scanning and editing my drawings has returned to not responding. Which is marvelous. Now i cannot scan anything. And this lack of ability to scan has rather put me off of working on, well, anything... So i have thusly not been working on much. I do have a few doodles, just doodles, and i think only one of them i will even be putting up here and dA, one i might but i don't know yet, and then the others are absolutely NOT APPROPRIATE for this site and i would never get away with on dA. But they will go somewhere *cackles* ;3 Everything else though has been put off because of the underwhelming sense of productivity that has come on with this recent turn of events.
I wish this had not occurred, it rather ruined my attempts to complete many of my waiting WIPS. But of course that would happen. I cannot make goals for myself without them being sufficiently dashed. Sigh..................
i know not when things may start working correctly, or if they shall simply die and leave me to mourn. You all should prepare a delectable sacrifice for the technology overlords in the hopes that your leader may be saved from this chaos. This is a chaos i do not need, nor want. My preferred chaos does not damage my laptop. That is a big no no.
Anyways....that is what's going down in my realm. Thought i should give an update here since there isn't much of any in my art.

Well, what you may recall in my last post on...*cough* 8/27/13 *coughcough* is me commenting on the technological troubles that were plaguing my life.
Here is an update on what happened with that situation.
Now, i did spend some of that time not doing art postings here or deviantART because of the problems i was having, however i have updated all the way up to current work already, as of...oh...i don't know..let me check for you, my dears. Okay, the first of those cached pieces i posted on deviantART was on December 23rd, 2013...and that doodle was actually completed 7/18/11. Yeah, i know, i know. Everything is not only backed up in one way, but in a completely different way of 'ohmygoodgosh your procrastination is so exceptionally painful it makes my hair hurt and teeth ache...YOU ARE TRYING TO BE A COLD....wait...where is this going.....'. Anyways, this is most certainly true--the cold part not so much...or is it...or isn't it...or...butterscotch...--, and i am quite aware of such. So stop getting on my case. Stop. I SAID STOP. Geez, you guys are so pushy.
Okay, none of that really explained anything i just said i was about to. So here it is, probably. I don't know, i do have a tendency to ramble on and go in circles. You can imagine why me and school papers did not get along, but my long-winded manner certainly made them APPEAR to be full of sense and wonder. ...Crap, i am doing it again.
Back when my laptop was in chaos, there were more instances of such shut downs and restarts after my last post about it. And yet, for some odd reason that i cannot explain, these circumstances simply stopped happening. I may never know what went down within the confines of my treacherous laptop, but regardless of such peculiarities, i am pleased those things have ceased.
Getting to that monitor dilemma, i found that things, also, simply stopped being problematic. My mother dear and i unplugged and re-plugged and blew air into the sockets, etc. etc. and, although i don't know if any of that was the reason, it has been working just as before. Mind you, that is not at all perfect. It IS still an old computer which isn't used much and so likely does not get some of the updates it needs. I am fairly certain it still has IE7 or..does it have IE8 ?? No, no it doesn't. BUT, a fun little turn around from that incident, the scanner has begun to play an annoying little game where it refuses to acknowledge the scanner drive. Yet, i can scan when going through the computer rather than the scanner itself. I don't know what it's problem is. Perhaps it and the monitor were working together, and when we managed to get the monitor back into shape, the scanner decided to start playing it's own cards. My assorted technologies play cards on the side and plan how best to screw with me. Mmmhmm, that makes perfect sense. Yessss, i am on to you. >:3
So, on to the other reason for posting this update.
I am going to begin posting all the art that i have had backed up, although I shall not be uploading any mature content pieces. If you wish to see them, and are of age you naughty little creatures, then you shall have to visit my deviantART account. BUT, yes, another full-capped but, if you do not have an account and all that etc. then you cannot view MA work anyways...soooo, yeah. >;3
For these doodles, and since there are so many, i am going to be posting the bare minimum in the descriptions, rather than my usual blahblahblahs. I will be linking each one to the corresponding dA post of said piece. When i reach more recent ones, then i will start to post the full descripts.

On a somewhat different note, one i never expected to get back to, is on one of my world's where i have some old chapters of an old, on hiatus, story..that is...old. That would be, The Catalyst.
For some reason that world still gets a decent number of views, and i decided that i would just post the rest of the chapters i had written back in the day and never got around to posting. This will likely be a completely pointless endeavor, but hey, at least one person other than me will read those old pieces of crap...AHA. *eyeroll*
