Jeff had begun training to become a stronger fighter with nathaniel at first to raise his ability to take a hit, as well as dealing one out. James was not given the courtousy of using his own blade, but was made to use a regular katana in its place. This was so 'he didn't accidentally kill anyone' they had said. He found that landing a blow on Nathaniel would be a challenge, given his speed. Through most of the training he was beaten and bloodied, but he was not stabbed by the large blade that had its place in nathaniel's right hand.
Max was watching from a window where she and William were sitting, "If he could learn to move from the punches like he does from the blade, Nathaniel would never hurt him at all."
"Nathaniel is slow," William replied, "He is merely for the purpose of his strength here, and if he were not my friend, he would be dead by now. The arubi weapons are not to be used by us, nor by any other person.... and yet we do use these God forsaken weapons, and for what purpose? Greed and lust for power."
"He's different though, he doesn't seem to fight for power, but to survive." she was watching James's movements against Nathaniel, "He's also a pretty good bluff..."
A young man entered the room, "have you people heard the news!" he seemed quite ecstatic, "Dennis Edwards has been defeated!!"
William stood up, "And what of the eye?"
"Yes do tell?" Max also wished to know.
"It seems as though it was burned out of his skull." the young man said.
William looked very upset, " I only know of one sword with that power," He looked up at Max Whomever it was used the Arubi Agatama...."

Joseph was bored in the little town that he had stumbled upon the people were really boring and he wanted something to do. He looked around to see if anyone needed anything that he may have been able to help with but there didn't seem tobe anything of which he would be useful to do. He was merely left to sit and watch as many people passed by carrying strange and unique weapons of all shapes and sizes. One man stood out a bit from the rest, Joseph found this ironic because the clothes the man was wearing seemed to be fit so that he would not be seen. Joseph decided to get up and go see why the man wished to remain invisible amongst the common folk.
"Hey you! in the cloak," The man turned upon being called, "yes, you sir, why do you hide yourself in this crowd of people? Are you afraid of something?"
The man staredat Joseph coldly his left eye glowedwith a ferocious red glare as though it were angry in its own mind, "I hide from nothing." With this said the man threw off the cloak revealing a small blade at his side and an eye of metal, and electric circuits. As the cloak fell to the ground the world began to change into a dark city, only cast with light by the lights from the tall skyscrapers.
Joseph looked around and realized that he recognized the place from a game that he had seen Jeff playing once, "Isn't this 'the world that never was' from Kingdom Hearts 2?"
"No one has ever been to my world, and it has no name..." the man frowned, "I am Dennis edwards and your soul will be mine" and then he vanished. Joseph looked around for him, sword in hand so that he could not be snuck up on. Then suddenly he was stabbed in the side. He fell to the ground.
"I tell you once more, hide from nothing..." He stood over Joseph as he laid there, "with the combined power of My arubis I do not need to fear anything. I am all powerful!"
"I bet you aren't!" Joseph swung his blade, but Edwards had already anticipated what he would do and move, or vanished, in a way.
"My eye gives me the power to control all of reality!" his voice echoed, "I am there in an instant, and gone in a flash" He reappeared and kicked Joseph in the side. "My movements are to quick, even for my friend, the wielder of the jaggetana, who now lies dead."
"Well...Then I guess luck is all I've got left!" with that Joseph turned and plunged his sword directly through the eye of Dennis Edwards, "Fast, yes, but you are also very long-winded, and full of yourself. He pulled the sword away from his skull as everything began to return to normal, "Only death awaits those who challenge me..."
