Barbecue, Laughs, Fun... Then KRAKA-THOOM!!

So we were at the beach yesterday, barbecue, kung-fu people . . . we were planning on sticking around until the annual Celebration of Lights fireworks started . . .

. . . but then instead, it rained suddenly. Which sucked. And then it thunderstormed. Which sucked a little less because even though it was wet, the lightning was REALLY cool.

Then today, I saw pictures people took of the thunderstorm:
