I am thinking either The sun because it stays at one point and the earth travels around it so technically it travels around the world xD
or Gravity because it has a center but it is present throughout the world.
Gravity? I mean, there's a Center of Gravity in the Earth, yet no matter where you are it affects everything.
So that's my answer...Gravity/Center of Gravity.
