I Wouldn't Advise Copying Kae's Weight Loss

While Saitama's training has at least got some decent real life applications, Kae's weight loss sadly doesn't.

Kae Serinuma is the very definition of an otaku, such dedication doesn't really come with decent exercise, a good diet or sleeping habits, so she has a much larger build than most anime protagonists, that is until her favourite anime character is killed off, the shock so bad that she locks herself in her room out of sheer depression wrapping herself in her bed sheets and not even changing her clothes.
When her mother and brother finally get her out of her room after a week, they are greeted with the shock of their life as Kae has lost all the weight and bulk she used to have and for some strange reason can see better. (Kae's reaction is better)
When she does return to school, Kae becomes the prettiest girl in school.
Don't ever try this to lose weight, unless you're raised in a culture where fasting is a regular practice, not eating for that long is going to make you extremely ill, add to the fact that she likely lost alot of fluids wrapping herself in thick bed sheets while wearing lounge clothes through sweat. So starvation, dehydration and malnourished isn't the way to go.
As much as a cop out I found the ending to this series, I'm glad her personality doesn't change with her shape.
Mind you Kae's reaction to her favourite anime character dying is way tamer than any reaction to Katsuki Bakugo dying.

Does Saitama's Training Work?

Sorry for delaying posting, I've had to put up with poor mental health lately, hopefully I can pick up some momentum again.

Saitama of One Punch Man fame is renowned for his impossible strength but his training regime sounds pretty mundane, 100 Push-Ups, 100 Sit-Ups, 100 Squats and a 10K run, everyday for two years.
Pretty straight forward routine but is it effective in real life as these exercises are pretty easy for anyone to do?
Upon research on the subject it's able to provide the following benefits.
Great cardiovascular health & endurance.
Muscle strength & efficient muscle mass.
Fat-gain control & metabolic health.
No need for any equipment or dedicated space.
Super simple and down-to-earth routine.
All this data collected from numerous workout websites who have been asked the question about Saitama's workout regime.
But there is a catch.
You first need to build up to those levels especially if you aren't used to regular exercise, your body will be destroyed doing too much too soon and won't get time to recover so start with reps and lower run distances until your body adapts, I also imagine the exercise ceases being effective after so long as you'll likely plateau at about three months.
Finally you need a good diet, often overlooked but Saitama has stated at numerous times that he does eat a well balanced diet.
So yes, Saitama's exercise routine does work as long as you don't do too much too soon and eat a good diet, you won't be destroying your enemies in One Punch but you won't be going bald anytime soon.

Ayame Has the Same Energy as a VTuber

The drafts for the best character lists are still in progress, so here's another character that might be on the list.

In Shimoneta, the government banned all forms of lewd content, Ayame is the daughter of a disgraced politician who fought against the legislation, not able to conform to the rules, Ayame takes it upon herself to become the masked terrorist Blue Snow, speaking lewd thoughts and spreading lewd literature everywhere wearing nothing more than a bed sheet and a pair of panties on her head like an anime Lady Godiva, her dub actress way more effective at communicating her lewd language, English has more lewd words than the Japanese.
In all honesty her energy is no different to how vtubers operate, watch anyone from Kson and Mori Calliope to Silvervale and Zentreya, and don't get me started on Projekt Melody just to give you an idea.
My point is, a big part of vtubers appeal is talking about lewd subjects casually, the same thing Ayame of Shimoneta is trying to achieve against a society that rejects it.

Re-Destro is Just Anime Dr Doofenshmirtz

A fun one now, take a good look at Anime villain Re-Destro below.

Long pointy nose, long face shape, same hairstyle, it's Dr Doofenshmirtz in anime form.
The creators of My Hero Academia made a villain that is basically a buff Doofenshmirtz, and yes Phineas and Ferb was dubbed in Japanese so the inspiration is possible.
Think this is a coincidence? His quirk is turning his stress into raw physical power, I'm just going to do this next quote in my best Doof impression.
"I used the stressbuffinator to turn all my tragic backstories and stress into pure muscle mass, you see whenever I went to the beach, all the muscle dudes always kicked sand in my face, have you ever had sand kicked in your face? It gets everywhere, you still find it several days later in your pants, now that I'm buff I can finally kick sand in their face, as the dominant muscle guy I can take over the TRI-STATE AREA!"
Something along those lines, the real voice actor probably has something better.
And yes Doofenshmirtz actor Dan Povenmire is aware of this character.

Mosquiton is a Bit Anaemic for a Vampire

As far as anime vampires go, you probably expect something a little more bad ass than this.

Mosquiton here is a bit scrawny, there's barely any meat on him, he has to be coaxed into doing the crazy things his master wants, he also looks kinda dorky with sunglasses he barely wears, even when he goes full berserk vampire, the demon like bloodlust eyes are the only difference and even then he has a habit of being Thanos snapped everytime he goes full bersek mode, not made any easier when his servants are a fire demon and a snow woman that are arguably more useful than Mosquiton is, the dub even makes fun of his name sounding like Mosquito.
So does this character have any saving grace? He has moments in the TV series and Manga where he does look the part so he's not a complete lost cause.
When other vampires in the same anime group include Dio Brando, Hellsing's Alucard and Castlevania's Alucard, it's hard to reach an already high bar in design.
