Kingdom Hearts is still the theme, but I'm changing it to lighter colors. You can make the backround if you want. I can't seem to find any. More roxas and sora than ventus and aqua thank you so much :3

Another suggestion is the background, I think the image could be of better quality. To be honest I don't really like your current background image. I'm not saying this to be mean but rather to suggest using a higher quality image.
I have the banner done.I need to upload it. Tell you what,why don't I make you a background image. Is that alright with you? Also maybe make the font more readable. The current color and theme doesn't work. I'm sorry.
Also use the tiled but frozen in place option in the world designs for better results. Just some more suggestions I thought I'd elaborate on more.

Well, since it is "The World That Always Was", I think there should be a design like the White Room in the Mansion.
Considering "The World That Never Was" was all dark and melancholy.
The White Room is more of a peaceful and serene background.

For a world design update, I would suggest using a higher quality image for the background. In the world design options, it gives you an option to make the image immobile and tiled. I suggest you use that,it gives you better results. Also the image should be wallpaper size maybe 1024x768 is a good place to start.
Also instead of just a picture of keyblades, make a banner or have someone create a world banner that you can put in your introduction with your world's name. Just a thought. If you like I could create a banner for you. These are just some suggestions that would maybe help your world to flow better. Really there needs to be a tutorial on how to design a world here on theO. It would help a lot of people.
As for the theme,make the text easier to read. Just an idea.
