It saddens me to say that the Pop King, Michael Jackson died today.
He went through so many hard things in life, and dispite what had actually happened, he was a dedicated performer and artist and will be missed greatly.

Conventions anyone? Anime Next / Otakon
So this coming weekend, I'll be going to my first con of the year.
This week is going to DRAG ON so MUCH. T_T
But anyway, I was just wondering if any of you were going to be there?
It would be cool to meet up with a few guys from TheOtaku. :)
A few friends and I have a room at the Double Tree Somerset Hotel. We will be getting there Thursday around 3:30, 4:00.
Hopefully we can take a dip in the pool to relax a bit.
And then, next month, there's Otakon, which I think is by far, my favorite.
For that, I'll be staying at a friends house, and she lives about ten minutes away, which is nice.
The only down side to Otakon, is that I suck with maps, and get lost often. XD
But it's, cause it's just awesome!

I had seen tons of things with it all over deviantart, and I was kinda sceptical about it, and when I went to read the online comic, I really didn't like it that much.
But I just got done watching the first part with my cousin and I must say, I should be shot for not liking it before.
I coudn't stop laughing. It was great.
Don't really have a favorite country yet, although France and Greece are pretty cool.

Anime and manga habbits...
Someone had asked me why I am picky with what kinds of anime I watch, they said it was odd.
But them saying it was odd that I was picky, was really odd to me.
One needs to be somewhat picky in order to find things that they enjoy, right?
Something has to be able to catch my interest quickly in order for me to enjoy it. To me, the animation also counts. If I think that the animation sucks, then I just won't give it the light of day, no matter how many people have said it's amazing or what not. That may seem odd, but it's just the way I am.
For instance, I used to enjoy watching the Naruto anime, but I can't seem to stand watching the new Shippuuden episodes, mostly because the animation isn't the same at it used to be, and it seems rushed.
When I read manga, like Ouran for instance, right away I felt that if the anime wasn't up to par with my "standards" I wasn't going to ever want to finish the anime. But Ouran is actually one of the anime that I do love, and I think it did the manga justice.
I like both the Fullmetal panic anime and manga or I only watch the Inuyasha anime. My habbits are odd.
But it's just my preference.
What about everyone else?
Anime, manga, or both. Which one floats your boat?
Also, does anyone have any ideas that I should write about.

First Day
So, this is the first day that I have been on the new TheOtaku, and I find it a lot more difficult than the old one.
I haven't used TheOtaku in over a year, and it's nice to be back. Although I'm starting off as a noob. I suppose I'll deal.
Hmm, what to write about...
I guess I can tell you about what I might upload in the future.
Let's see... Naruto is my favorite manga of all time, so you will be seeing a lot of it.
Yaoi. < That's good too. :]
I draw fanart of Dramas that I watch, so maybe them.
I won't post fanfiction on here, you would have to go to my FF.NET account for that.
I'm not entirely sure of what I want to add to this..
I guess it's good for now..
