That's what you were talking about!? XD LOL! I saw the amv hell video a while ago, but i didn't know the guy doing the laughing voice was from kof or that he had the same "yagami" name. It fits this scene perfectly! It's too bad some of the other videos had their audio cut off, they were really funny.
