New Friends

I looked at Nyarth. He was so cute, but very shy and he ran away. Oh how I wish we could be friends. I floated around, getting sleepy until I bumped into the Frolass that I startled. I gasped and helped pick up the fruit.

"Oh I'm so sorry! I didn't see you there. I should be ashamed!" I said.

"It's okay, you don't have to be sorry. I'm Faye." Faye smiled. I looked at her confused.

"But I scared you without asking questions first and all...It's a little bit of my fault..." I said, but then Faye shook her head and smiled yet again.

"Don't worry. I'm fine. We're friends after all." Faye said. I pondered this for a moment. For weeks on end in the forest, I questioned the word 'friend'. But when I'm around Faye and the others, I have a warm feeling inside. Is it love?

"Okay. May I help you storage those berries with you?" I asked, blushing.

"Allright, you can help me with the basket." Faye held up the basket. I helped.

"Hey, maybe if we finish quick we can train together. That way when the bounty hunters show up, we can be stronger together." I cheered happily.

Someone please continue?

I was bored and adding stuff to our new home like an ice rink. I thought I heard someone yell for help and I looked around. I didn't see the sorce but it seemed Faye noticed it too. She ran and I followed quikly too. I saw some bounty hunters cornering a gijinka.

"If yourgoing to fight,fight fair!" I growled."Blizzard!"
One of them instantly froze and Faye was fighting as well. In a few minutes we had deafeated the bounty hunters surronding the gijinka but more were coming.
"Who are you?Are you okay?" I asked
_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-
hope thats okay!^^;

What was that?

After it seemed everyone got aquainted with one another and we started working on the area for where our team would be. Most of the others were preoccupied with other business like Estelle and Lupe making other friends. I'm probably not going to be friends with anyone as much as they will be... so I'll just work on gathering some more food in the forest, after all for some reason there are a lot of members and we need to get a lot more food then what we think we'll need. I might as well be of some use.

My stomach growled a little too and I laughed a little. "Adding to that I'm a bit hungry myself," I said out loud.

I went a little into the forest and started looking around for berries and apples. It wasn't cold like it was in the other place where I was still a Snorunt gijinka, so that was a big relief on my part... Then again I had barely anything to keep me warm and It was in a relatively cold place... I think this should be enough, others are bound to have found some-

My thought was stopped after I thought I heard a voice caught up within the wind. It was strange. Did someone just ask for help? I looked around and then pondered if I should tell someone... But I couldn't have just heard something.

I picked up the ice basket with the berries and apples and hurried off.

It was in the wee hours of the morning when Sheek was snapped out of her stargazing trance. A chilly gust of wind stirred her senses, and she shivered. It must be midnight or even a little past, she thought. She stretched, the pop pop pop of her joints straightening her bones out the only sound besides the chirps of the cicadas. I better get going if I want to make some money before daybreak, she told herself. After one last glance of longing towards the sky, Sheek set off for the not-so-great unknown.

Running had become an unconscious habit for her. She was always flying through life on two jet-propelled feet. What was ironic was, she was always running away from something rather than towards it, whether it be escaping from the cops, or going out for an afternoon jog to leave boredom behind. But hey, this was a lightning-fast way of life, and everyone was your enemy. Clutching the brass necklace more firmly in her hand, Sheek sped up a few paces.

She broke free from the forest within minutes. A road led towards dim lights glowing on the horizon. Another tiny town, Sheek snickered. This should be an easy sell. She followed the pathway stretched out before her. No one was out at this time, so it was perfect. She would be able to arrive in the town in about half an hour or so, sell her goods, and split.

The village she arrived in consisted of about twenty buildings of assorted sized mashed together, probably simply for a purpose of putting a dot on the road map. Surprisingly, quite a few people were out roaming the streets. Sheek quickly scanned the area for police officers, and when there were none to be found, she started strolling around, looking for a potential customer. Eventually, she noticed a girl of about age 12, sparkling with accessories. Like a hawk zoning in on a mouse, Sheek approached her.

"Hello Miss. I see you like jewelry. I was wondering if I could sell this necklace that I didn't want anymore to someone who'd appreciate it," she told the girl in a businesslike tone. The child raised an eyebrow, but replied, "Go on."

"As you can tell, this is a nice piece of work. Built from sturdy brass, a chain necklace with a large heart pendant. Inspect it for yourself." Sheek handed the girl the jewelry piece.

After looking over every detail of the accessory, the girl asked, "How much do you want for it?"

"Ten dollars. But we could negotiate another price-"

"Ten dollars is fine," the girl interrupted, forking over the cash from her pocket. "Thank you!" she added, and departed.

Sheek stared after her. It wasn't like she had offered a dishonest price; the thing could have been sold for a couple more bucks. How much did she have now? She pulled out her billfold. She counted forty dollars exactly. That was enough to last her several more days. She put away the money and made ready for leave.

She shuffled silently through the streets, dodging in and out of foot traffic. The main part of town had already been passed, and she would be reunited with the countryside very soon. She was taking a shortcut through an alleyway when, suddenly, something shot forwards and took hold of her ankles, tripping her. At once, Sheek knew her attacker. Damn Pokemon Bounty Hunters, she thought, readying to unleash a mind-numbing Thunderbolt. But her annoyance turned to panic when her signature move simply fizzled out upon command. They have something that cancels out the electrons. They were planned for this! her mind screamed. Iron Tail wouldn't help her in this situation, and neither would Thief or Protect. She was rendered utterly helpless.

Someone had now taken hold of her wrists as well and was hoisting her into the air. "No! No! This wasn't supposed to happen! Let go of me! Please! I'll do anything! Help! Someone! I'm being assaulted here! SOMEONE!" Sheek shrieked, flailing about like a fish caught in a net. Something knocked her violently on the head, silencing her after a whimper from the pain. Her senses began to wane. Just before she slipped into unconsciousness, she heard someone whisper one line into her ear:

"Pride comes before a fall."

So yeah. This is the result of boredom and wanting punishment for Sheek after she couldn't handle being a team member. Not sure if anyone can continue or what's gonna happen. OTL

"Nyarth. I'm Nyarth."

After the frightening episode with the Mismagius-girl, I was a bit shaky. I needed to relax a bit and get my bearings.

I scoped about and a small lake caught my attention. Its waters were sparkling from the heat of the long-ago-set sun and the air was warm with the summer air. I came closer to the lake but stopped short. There was someone already at the lake.

It was the purple girl... she's an Espeon, I think.

She looked so peaceful, just relaxing by the lake. Then she surprised me. Some rocks near her got a purple glow about them (she is probably using Psychic, I thought) and then one by one, they skimmed across the surface of the lakewater. The circle ripples they made were relaxing somehow.

Now the girl was murmuring to herself. My overly-sensitive Meowth ears picked up what she was saying.

".....A circle... A cirle of friendship", she said quietly. "Maybe I shouldn't be so isolated from the group. I wouldn't want to feel like a stranger to let. After all, we are going to be living with one another. Like family."

Family. What a lovely word, so reassuring. That you have someone to care about you. I smiled and sighed. Wrong thing to do.

Because suddenly, the girl's purple cat-ears pricked up, too. I was sure she knew I was there.

Oops! I didn't want the girl to know I was watching her! I was too loud! I was about to say 'sorry' but then she spoke first.

"Don't be a stranger," she spoke loudly, and then stood up. She was carrying a book. When she turned around, she halted and her expression seemed to get softer.

"I'm....sorry. Am I intruding on your privacy, miss?" I said quietly. I seem to be in everyone's way today... I thought. Maybe I should just leave.
"No! I was just about to go converse with everyone else. It's okay," She said, smiling. "Wanna help us build a treehouse?"

As I nodded, she took my hand and led me back to the clearing. She seems really nice.

"I'm Estelle, by the way," She said to me. She kept looking at me, so I assumed she wanted my name. How considerate, that she wants to know my name! My tail perked up and curled in a bit more.

"Nyarth," I said quietly. As if I wasn't sure of my name. Then I said it louder, more confident. "I'm Nyarth."

I'm sorta confused. Where is this taking place? In the Pokemon world, or in the Real World? What season is it? What time is it? Please, I kinda need to know these things.
