Mood: Glugh.
Currently working on: LSDKJF! I just realized the Street Style challenge is almost over! I need to finish coloring my picture! ;A;

Because Friday is when spring break starts!!! :DDDDDD
And I think Friday will also be an easy school day. In art 1st period, we're starting mini clay figures. We did the sketches today. :D I've never worked with clay before, but it seems fun to me. I want to do figure thing of my characters (okay it's Stefan and Gabe sldkjfalsdfj. You know how I've been lately...). But I also did these sketches of animals and stuff... My teacher said we could do humans, but I think she's secretly getting annoyed about how all my projects except one have been of people. And the one that wasn't of a person was a still life where we couldn't do people... I drew a thing of flowers for that.
BUT OH WELL.
I'LL DO HUMANS IF I WANT... >:D

While I'm on the topic of humans vs. non-humans as drawing subjects, I personally find it difficult to get inspired to draw non-human things. It's mostly just 'cause I can't draw things that aren't human very well, but it's also because I just can't connect to non-humans...? 'Cause things like plants and bugs and scenery don't have emotions or thoughts... :T But I wish I could draw things like that, especially scenery. But mostly just so I can do the backgrounds in pictures of people HEHE...
What about you guys? Do you like drawing non-humans? Or do you mainly like drawing humans? I'm thinking the latter will be the majority because a lot of you guys draw OCs and characters from mangas and animes. :o

Well, I have some homework to do. :m See you guys soon, in spring break!

I drew those sketches before I even made Tim, I think. I'm pretty sure I transferred all of Rick's flamboyance to Tomato. xD

This picture is so old that Rick's necklace still has the little gem on it! I used to want to have a gem on his necklace, but now it's just a small chain link thing. For some reason, Tim has the same necklace. And Dean too, recently. My friend who designed him told me to give him one. xD

Remember when that one sketch on the bottom right used to be my icon? I think that image is gone forever because I can't find it in my photobucket and the computer I had it saved on crashed some time ago. I've had Rick as my icon a couple times. :m I should make him my icon again. 8D
(Or I should actually have a girl in my icon. That'd make more sense....)

I should draw Rick in a fedora one day.

Hey, Tim's birthday was this Monday. ;o I always think it's on March 14th, pi day...
Anyways, because I was thinking about birthdays, I decided to go check who else of my OCs had a birthday coming up. AND APPARENTLY, the only characters that I've given birthdays are Rick, Dare, Tim, and Nicholay. Nicholay seems a bit out of place. xD His birthday's March 29th, by the way. ;0 Another March birthday... I think I accidentally gave Tim and Nicholay March birthdays because red-heads remind me of Irish people which reminds me of St. Patrick's day, which reminds me of March.

I found a new appreciation in inking recently (????!?!?!), so I have a couple of line arts that I can color. :D I want to finish my pic for the Street Style challenge first, because that's ending in a couple weeks... March is going by really fast. :o
I've been trying to improve my line arts lately. Have you noticed? xD; probably not Out of all the parts of a picture, I used to feel like the line art was pretty unimportant because even if you make it detailed, it gets drowned out by the coloring. But now I'm trying to think otherwise... :m A good line art gets me motivated to color because it looks nice. (??) YEAH...

Idk what to post, so I'm going to post this meme I filled out months ago that I didn't put here. It's this meme that I filled out a while ago, only filled with Gabe's answers instead of Stefan's. For some reason, I put Stef's answers on theO and Gabe's answers on dA. xD Anyways, here's this thing.

This was kind of weird for me to write as b/c I'm not good at speaking/typing in Gabe's voice...

1. How did you first meet him/her?
Well y'see, I got a job as Tomato's hairstylist like 2 years ago or something. Stef was the one who filled me in on the job and stuff. Yeah... I remember trying to pull my moves on him, but he just rolled his eyes. Ahaha.... He hasn't changed much.

2. How long have you known him/her?
2 years? I've known him since I got the job.

3. How long have you liked him/her?
The whole 2 years. ;P Hahaha.

4. What do you like best about him/her?
His sexy body. (???????) I also love the way he reacts to things. It's hilarious. :P He's so fun to mess with.

5. Is there anything you dislike about him/her?
I think he needs to loosen up a bit. He takes work way to seriously. :/

Nope. We went on a date once. He won't admit it, but he had a good time.

Uhh.... Well since I have to chose, I'd say his eyes. Have you seen them? They're damn sexy. Love the color. He's got a nice ass, too.

Stef's really up tight and grumps around a lot. He's also so stubborn. He's not too bad once he warms up to you... he may seem cold, but he just needs someone to talk to.

Oh man, he's hilarious when he's angry. :D Everything becomes so dramatic and he overreacts to everything. I'll be all, "Hey Stephanie~" and he'll be all, "DON'T CALL ME THAT, YOU DISGUSTING CREEP." and it's like, what the heck kind of reply is that? xD Aaaaahahaha... What a funny dude.

11. Can he/she make you laugh?
Ahaha, yeah. Especially when he's not trying to make me laugh. :P He's just so serious he's funny. He'd probably get mad at me for saying that. He hates when I... well, when anyone doesn't take him seriously. But he's cute when he's mad.

12. Does he/she make you smile?
Hell yeah. But I mean, I smile all the time. Maybe more with Stefan...? I dunno. He's fun. :P

13. Does he/she ever get on your nerves?
Aw jeez... I hate it when he tries to lecture me on how to live my life. :/ I mean jeez, it's my life and I'll do whatever the hell I want.

14. Does he/she have any impressive skills?
Haha, uh... I dunno? Oh wait, yeah, he's actually pretty good at tennis. I remember this one time I was playing against him, and I made a bet with him that if I won he would have to go on a date with me.
I won, by the way. ;P

Nope, but he's told me about past girlfriends and boyfriends. He told me 'bout this boyfriend he had in college who cheated on him; he hasn't dated since. He's actually a sensitive guy... he doesn't date 'cause he scared or something. :/ I don't really get it.

Yup. It was friggin sexy.
