Within, Fai sat slouched at his desk in pajamas, near Kurogane who was still changed into his staff robes. "Hey!" Fai greeted.
"Hi," Syaran said. He sighed in relief to know that he was at the right place. "I'm not supposed to be here, you know."
"Of course I don't," Fai said. "We didn't stay for the old man's rules and regulations."
"Dont worry, " Kurogane said. "We're teachers, and we'll back you up."
"I appreciate it, " Syaoran said thankfully."
Fai giggled. "I can't believe that I'm a professor!"
Kurogane shook his head. "What I want to know is this: is where the real DATDA teacher?"
Syaoran looked around. "Where's Mokona? Wasn't it with you?"
"It was, but Mokona just wanted to go to the owlery so badly that we finally gave in," Fai explained.
"Hey," Kurogane said with impatiance. "Did you two hear what I said?" The two smiled and said that there was no time to worry
about that now. They had to find Sakura's feather!
Fai grabbed at the air. In his hand he held an owls feather. "I have to hurry and find Sakura's feather so that I can head for the next world," he said wistfully.
Syaoran frowned. How many feathers did sakura have in total anyway?
