He walked over to the window and opened it up. He called to a boy, “Boy. What day is it?”
“Christmas!”
“…It’s not too late. BOY. I want you to buy the largest turkey for me and have it sent to the Uzumaki’s home.” he said, tossing a bag of money to the boy, “Keep the change.”
The boy smiled, “Yes sir!”
Sasuke quickly got dressed and grabbed all of his money. He tossed his bags into Shikamaru’s and Kiba’s cups as he walked by. He kept going until he reached his brother’s house.
Itachi hurried to the door when he heard a knock, “Yes?”
He stared, “Sasuke…?”
“Merry Christmas Nii-san!” Sasuke said with a smile.
“Ita? Who is at the door?”
Sasuke looked behind Itachi, “This must be your beautiful wife. Sorry it took so long to meet.”
Itachi and his wife stared at Sasuke, confused.
“I came to spend Christmas with my family. And I have a favor to ask of you, Itachi. But before that…I have to go make a house call.”
Sasuke knocked on a door and stood nervously there…waiting. The door opened to
reveal Karin.
“Sasuke-kun?” she questioned.
“Karin...I am sorry…” he said.
She frowned.
“I hurt you a lot…And I wanted to tell you…I still love you.”
Karin blushed. Sasuke got down on one knee and held out a newly bought ring.
“Will you marry me? I let money control me for too long…And I lost people I love
because of it. I can’t lose you.”
Karin started to cry. She nodded and hugged Sasuke. Then she hit him.
“BAKA!”
