Similar thing happened with me and my cousins two years back, but thats a long while back, but the people we went to visit were at home but wouldn't open the door to us because we got late!! Can you believe it??? I can't forget that day, lol! We could see the light in their hallway and we even kicked their door and called their name for 3o freakin' minutes but they would even answer! It was wayyy embarassing than this event :P

The fails of life have stopped being a surprise to me.
At least you didn't drive 30 minutes to someone's house and find that they were out of the state visiting relatives like I did a while back.
