Have I suggested Krita to you yet? link. It's very similar to photoshop and easy to install.
First you have to know if you have 32-bit or 64-bit windows. Go to your control pannel, click system and security and then 'view amount of RAM and processor speed'. There you can view which you have. Then simply hit the download button (find your program files folder -- under my computer), when done right click install, agree to terms of service and i think that's it!
If you have more questions or stuff please let me know and I'll try and help out the best I can. That is if you feel comfortable enough installing it. It's a free program :)
