I finally made a good looking avatar! Least I think it looks good....

It says: Always remember.....The future comes One Day At a time
grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.
Reinhold Niebuhr
Everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing himself.
Leo Tolstoy
Action and reaction, ebb and flow, trial and error, change - this is the rhythm of living. Out of our over-confidence, fear; out of our fear, clearer vision, fresh hope. And out of hope, progress.
Bruce Barton
All change is not growth, as all movement is not forward.
Ellen Glasgow
All changes, even the most longed for, have their melancholy; for what we leave behind us is a part of ourselves; we must die to one life before we can enter another.
Anatole France
Always remember that the future comes one day at a time.
Dean Acheson
Any change, even a change for the better, is always accompanied by drawbacks and discomforts.
Arnold Bennett
A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness.
Robert Frost
A poem can have an impact, but you can't expect an audience to understand all the nuances.
Douglas Dunn
A poem conveys not a message so much as the provenance of a message, an advent of sense.
Thomas Harrison
A poem is never finished, only abandoned.
Paul Valery
A poem is true if it hangs together. Information points to something else. A poem points to nothing but itself.
E. M. Forster
A poem might be defined as thinking about feelings - about human feelings and frailties.
Anne Stevenson
A poet can survive everything but a misprint.
Oscar Wilde
A poet is, before anything else, a person who is passionately in love with language.
W. H. Auden
A poet looks at the world the way a man looks at a woman.
Wallace Stevens
More like stories actually, fairy tales to be precise :D
Anyone and everyone: send me your fairy tales! I think from America and Europe only would be ok, otherwise I'd get overwhelmed...there's a lot of them
to clarify, I only want ones that are already there, not that you've made up. Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Alice in Wonderland, stuff like that, the ones everyone knows(mostly)
Any fairy tale creatures you can think of would be useful as well(dragons, fairies, elves, witches, sorcerers, ect.) :D
Wanna know why?! I'm starting a story! :D oh joy! I'm not going to explain the whole thing out for you now because it might ruin it but I'm welcome to suggestions on which existing(or you can make one up, I already did) fairy tale creatures that you think would be good in a story, fun to use, good personality, you know ^^
Comment/PM your tales, creatures, characters, and whatnot! I greatly appreciate it! :D
