Yeah, but some of it sounds a bit reasonable. Like the Door CLose button on elevators. They basically do the same thing as street lights I believe.

XD haha, yeah. I love that site. It is amazing. I've learned a lot of cool things from it. Like how the buttons on the street lights for singling when you can walk don't actually do anything. It just gives you a sense of control. It makes perfect sense once you think a bout it. The lights that tell cars when to stop or go are on a timer, and are not going to change just because you want them too. The site is brilliant!

That could work if you're centering it around her, or shes a part of it. You might want to try to find that version. XD How I ran across it was the book You Might Be A Zombie and Other... (I can't remember what the Other promised. XD) It's really interesting and funny.

Yeah, that happens a lot. They either change it to how they want it to be, or how society wants/needs it to be at the moment.

*nods* The originals can be scary, or just plain different. Sleeping Beauty had children while she was asleep, and the reason she woke up was because one of the babies was hungry and sucked on her finger, causing what was stuck under her nail(I can't remember what it was really. Wax? It was odd...) to come loose. The thing under her nail was the reason she was sleeping...Definitely different from the Disney version.

Yeah, Snow White too, before it wasn't an apple, Snow got killed by something more...bloody...something that they wouldn't want little kids to think about...*doesn't know exactly what that something is*

Depending on the mood of your story, you might want to look at the original version of each fairy tale, if possible. Like the original Cinderella, and not how Disney made it all nice and happy. ^^
