Totally Dysfunctional

Cezoram

She mercilessly beat those poor buttons in for most of the train ride. It was rather amazing how she could manage to keep pressing them in with that much force. No wonder she was so incredibly violent with me. Then again, that is part of her charm. She acts cold and detached from the rest of the world, but in truth, she’s kind and gentle.

When she tries, of course.

Seeing as to how all of my efforts to strike up a conversation as to why she was abusing her unfortunate game system so, I settled to reading one of those manga books she was so into. I haven’t quite understood why she loved them so much, but she really enjoys them. Almost as much as she enjoys sadistically smashing those buttons.

Chuckling, I went back to my book.

I looked up from my page when I didn’t hear the frustrated grunts and the white noise of the buttons being tapped furiously and I saw a very rare sight that I would most likely be smacked for laying eyes upon.

Kimi was sound asleep.

The video game was still playing music in the background, but she was completely at peace in her own little dream world. Her head was leaning against the cold metal of the train walls and the PSP had slipped from her hands and onto the floor. The only sound she made was the slow yet steady breaths she took.

Ah, it was times like these were I had to force myself to hold back.

For the most part.

I indulged myself a little and kissed her pale red (never pink, that was a taboo word around her) lips. It was a simple chaste kiss and it didn’t even affect her. She just kept on sleeping.

That made it all the harder to hold back.

Though somehow content with simply brushing back some of her bangs, I did a quick spell and conjured up a blanket for her while moving her PSP to a safer place beside me. Technically using magic wasn’t against the rules, but she would probably yell at me later for it.
