I really do hope that they can fix my Bertha I don't want her to be totaled. I know my best friend and little sister were trying to cheer me up and say that I can get the same car and get it in blue and we'll name her Rebertha lol
I'm still not happy about how the situation was handled. I could tell the cop didn't even want to be out of his car that day and didn't care in the slightest.
Yeah, everyone I've talked to about the situation has all said the same thing. I have to wait until Thursday to see if my poor bertha is totaled or if she's savable.
I am glad to hear you are all okay! Sorry to hear the cop did not handle that well, nor did the other driver. But since you were able to drive your car off the scene, maybe it won't be totaled and they'll be able to fix it!

One of my classmates got into a wreck yesterday, totaled her car.
Both the driver and the cop seemed so nonchalant about that (truck drivers can be such a pain on the road); hopefully the insurance company can review it and get you compensation for that BS. I'd sue them to kingdom come if that was me.

OOOOFFFF! I'm sorry the cop and guy that you got into the accident with were both complete assholes. Like learn to drive buddy. Any cop worth their salt would have gotten BOTH SIDES of the story regardless. I'd sue his ass and take him to court if it were me. I'd get ahold of legal aid and see what my options are. Or see make his insurance pay for a new car for you. Very sorry that happened to you. I hope you or your friend didn't get hurt.
