Um, I dunno if this'll help but it's a code for scrollbars that you can get from Aerith's help site that I sent you earlier:

</style>
post it in "post styles" and you can change the color by changing the number (if you're unfamilar with the hex # system you can go back to the "edit styles" where they have buttons to give you handy color number options for reference)
