This is great! TheO needed something like this that features posts/events happening around theO. May I also suggest something to feature active challenges in the different categories? The challenges used to have more participation than they do now. I'd like to see something to change that. Again just a suggestion. I have a. Submission challenge going on. Funny you should mention the Sketch Marathon. I actually invited some people that I was subscribed to, but weren't subscribed to me so that they could see my post about it. I'm sure there would be more participants if there was a "What's Happenin'" plug. Oh well. There's always the future (and that other little project I have going on right now).

I think this is a really good idea! This would be really helpful bring attention to events that are being done by regular Otakus even if you're not subscribed to them!
Like Keba's event right now the Sketch Marathon! (though sign ups are closed right now.)
I really like this new idea. It gives you a better sense of what else goes on around here than what you see in the gallery or backroom. It's almost like a news report on what's going on with different sides of TheO, highlighting different things. This is also a great activity booster as well.
Also, congratulations to ShyPrincess for getting a feature here! She'll be so happy to see this~
I must say that MewKasa's idea was pretty awesome.
As an addition, my friend Creshendeath and I are trying to build a "Baka & Test" RP and we're looking for members to join before we start construction of Worlds.
