So, this anime is Baccano!, (which is awesome, by the way), the characters are Isaac Dian and Miria Harvent, the scene is the opening animation, again awesome. and they are about to rob a store of all their candy in costumes suggested by Miria by way of coin flip. With that out of the way, let's get to the caption.
Sadly, Sexy Halloween Spirit wasn't within their budget.
