I usually do, often when I am too engrossed in watching an anime series(like when I did a marathon watching of Sailormoon, I dreamt I was like Usagi and Mamoro was real life bf.) I often daydream too, and make my own scenarios and make myself part of the cast, and sometimes it also continues to happen in my dreams. haha *^_^*

I don't think i've ever dreamt in anime. Although I did dream that I was in an anime world with particular characters, but visually anime? Nope :)

After watching Lovely Complex in less than a day, i had a dream that koizumi was buying a notebook and Otani was with her. She was looking at a notebook with a rlly tall guy on it and he looked a lot like Maity-sensei. Then she blushed, put it down even though she wanted to buy it- after all Otani would be angry. Then she chose another one that was black and had a rose vine on it. It was a weird dream o.O

one dream that i remember was just walking hand in hand with Jaden Yuki... talking about everything and nothing at the same time. What i liked about that dream was that it was breaking the wall between the anime world and the real world. The only reason we have dreams about us meeting anime or being in an anime place is that we want to make contact and be part of that world, even if for a short time.

I dream all the time in anime, that's where I get most of my characters.

I had one dream of my OC Ling and right after it I was like 'Omigosh, that's the coolest character ever, gotta draw it!'

One time I had a dream that was in a Hayao Miyazaki style and it even had credits at the end! XD

I think a couple of times there was an anime character in my dream, but I don't really remember them...'orz

Wait! I remember now! I had a dream that Phi from VLR was related to Santa from 999 in some really awesome way that I can't remember exactly and I was so excited to play VLR because I knew what I was supposed to do to unlock that ending...only to realize that my file was 100% complete and Santa has nothing to do with Phi...'orz

Yes indeedy. I've dreamed in anime, video games, movies...lol...anything! But definitely anime. I've had lots of anime charas and shows pop into my dreams lol. Just last night...I remember...Rozen Maiden and hmm...Sailor Moon characters, too lol.

I almost did a little gigglesnort when I read the topic of discussion and well yes... my imagination runs rampant when I dream and a few of 'em involve a lot of big eyed, magic wielding characters. Why?! I've only seen Towers of Daruga once! I never dream in black and white so everything I dream of is usually very vivid and rarely attached to anything personal (unless it's something that's been bothering me).

I had one favorite dream where I was in Bleach's Hueco Mundo. I remember the sand was really pleasant to walk on with bare feet. I also liked the crystallized trees and the moon. It really did seem like there was no end at all to the landscape. Lol! Weird, I know. *faceplant* Ah, nerdiness.

One of these days I might actually write a few stories based on my crazy dreams. Haha.

I forgot about the part where it says to describe your dream. Here's one this one was In October of last year. I dreamed I was Jonathan Joestar (the first Jojo) living in a big castle For some reason Jonathan is married to Kasumi frim Dead or Alive. As Jonathan I chase Kasumi through the castle because there's a secret she didn't want Jonathan to know. Jojo beats her there and discovers her secret, she was a part of the Fire Nation (from Avatar yeah, this dream was weird) after reconciling with Kasumi, Dio Brando gets into the castle to settle the score with Jojo. Jojo and Kasumi beat him together and I woke up.

So in that dream you have one anime, one video game and a little bit of a (admittedly animesque) western cartoon.

More or less if I see a anime I haven't seen before it always get in my dreams at least for a week or two

I had lots of dreams so I dont remember much. Usually the place is realistic but it involves anime character ^^; The first one I had was during my beyblade phase ^^; I was actually battling with Rei Kon standing on bamboo sticks ^^' bizarre

LOTS of times. I usually write down the stand out ones. These dreams are a big source of inspiration. Two happened some time not long ago. One involved Gundam characters and another involved Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. I wouldn't be a writer right now if not for these dreams in a way.

I've had lots of dreams with anime characters, and a couple that actually looked animated! there is one I remember very well;

I went to Taekwondo and in the resting/homework room there were characters from almost every anime I had ever seen!! it was awesome! Then the dojang turned into a mall with these killer security robots (the were very doctor who-ish if i might add) and I had to escape with my favorite characters.

It was pretty cool, and really fun! XD

I've had plenty of dreams with anime characters in them, but I don't recall any of them being "animated". That'd be pretty cool though :3

Mine wasn't solely anime, but it did have some connection to Death Note; I had finished reading the fourth volume of Death Note just before I went to bed, and so I dreamed that I was Light, and I was hiding from L, but my mother turned into a bear (Brave), and somehow I got warped into the Sorcerer's Apprentice movie? It's one of the weirdest dreams I've ever had! xD It's not such an epic dream as some of the others, but it was pretty funny to me. Haha, but I have a weird sense of humor xD

I think we've all dreamed in anime before. How else do we create oc's?

I had a dream last night actually , it was really touching and beautiful. I was listening to some music by Vocaloid by that time and fell asleep. in my dream I awoke with a girl poking me in the face and got startled as i awoke. She laughed a bit but i remained still and at that time i was a bit "down". I also noticed a man or guy in the distance looking for this girl. My vision was blurred for a moment but as i concentrated it was Miku Hatsune from Vocaloid and saito from the distance. she lend a hand to me and I accepted without thinking. for some reason i was in tears because my vision was tearing up ( is that the right word to use? XD ) anyway she told me to follow her. Though she was actually dragging me into a town or village mostly. where almost every anime character i have seen was there. living. I remembered slightly what i said but i put it together once i thought about it. " Am I actually here? in the anime world?" Miku turned and smiled and said with joy " Silly. You are part of this world." I looked down from my first person perspective and saw i was animated. or i turned out to be part of the anime. unfortunately i lost memory of what happen next besides that i roamed around with Miku and Saito along with others like ichigo , Naruto and Hinata , ririchiyo from Inu x Boku SS. Vageta. Asuna and Kirito from SAO. i could go on but i feel as though i am beginning to type to much haha. anyways it was an experience i will never forget and touched my soul and my love for anime.

It's not that my dreams are anime-styled (most of them look pretty real) but I've definitely seen cartoon, anime, and video game characters in them before... aside from show episodes popping up occasionally, I couldn't tell you exactly what was happening because I can't remember ^_^U

I do remember a dream once where I actually felt like I had figured out how to control my dreams, but when I tried to actually control and change the situation in front of me, Raven (from Teen Titans, who was there just talking to someone) turned around, looked at me, and told me to not even think about trying it o_. It was... bizarre...

Anyways, that was during my Teen Titans phase. If I'm going through a particular fandom phase, those characters will usually show up in my dreams. I've seen Sam & Max as of late.

The anime dreams usually come in two forms. I either become part of the series or the characters come into my world. I especially become a part of the series if I have been reading a manga or watching an anime for a long time before I go to bed. Just last night, Juushiro Ukitake from Bleach and Onime no Kyo from Samurai Deeper Kyo were in my dream in my world as leading warriors. Ukitake had a special soul power and Kyo was having fun wrecking havoc. At least one of my best stories comes from linked dreams inspired by anime.

I did! Also my friend did many times, her dreams are always the best to hear, unfortunately I can't remember them because they were long time ago. They were quite funny and long though.

It seems like I dream in anime half the time. Though unfortunately I usually only remember bits. One dream that springs to mind is one where I went to this dirty old inn that was crawling with mutant insects, all so I could see Sailor Saturn, the Musical (which does not actually exist). There was also something about an alien plant, the tenth incarnation of Doctor Who, and this character from an old 70s TV show called Emergency. So maybe it doesn't quite count.

I've had a ton of anime dreams. I had two anime dreams last night, one about Durarara and the other about Naruto. I usually dream about my favorite characters. Most of my Nauto dreams are about Obito and/or Madara, for instance.
Often in the dreams I'm watching an episode of the anime I'm dreaming about.

Read this. I wrote it some time ago. I'm glad I did because I almost forgot about this Trigun dream with a hint of FMA craziness.

Though one thing I won't forget is the Pokemon dream that generated my story, The Rebels of Planet Aadau. I'm afraid that I can't get into detail due to spoilers. But I can tell you something freaky. I saw a Pokemon that looked like Electivire (sp?) in this dream. This was back when there were only two generations of Pokemon. Does that make me a psychic type?
