Tried to fit the quote onto the artwork --- the surrounding/ background is all bubbly and lively, but his facial expression conveys otherwise

Bubble + cosmic brushes (can be found on Deviantart)
Dotted pattern (self-made)
Clouded background, and so on and so forth.

Constructive criticisms and comments are badly needed, 'cause I want to improve my digital colouring skill so badly! DX
