@-@ Managed to speed through this work in four hours right before the deadline, which is why it looks rushed. I tried my best to incorporate as much of New York in this as possible.

The pumpkins, the ghost, the casual Devil Costume, the candies, the caramel apples represent Halloween. The New York State's butterfly, the Red-spotted Purple/White Admiral and the New York State's fruit, the Big Apple are also presented here. I was going to make the pants symbolize the Eastern Bluebird, New York State's bird symbol, but I didn't have enough time.
