Cowboy Bebop'fore one of my all-time favorite shows, it's definitely worth watching. Watch it dubbed if you can, the English voice​ cast is actually way better than the original Japanese cast (usually it's the other way around). I think the dub is on Funimation, but you might have to pay for it? They just released the whole series on DVD and Blu-ray and they want you to pay for it. I say watch the first few dubbed episodes, and if you like it and you have $30-40 for a box set, go for it.
