I use copic markers for the skin, they are the only ones that blend really well and have the perfect colors for skin tones, but they are pricy.
You can use crayola markers to color skin, but to get different values in the shading you'll have to use some water, which can be a little harder.

another alternative you can do is use colored pencil to color skin and use marker to color everything else, that's what I use to do before I for copics.

Looks really good :D Copics for the skin, huh? I've been thinking of using traditional media for coloring drawings; how do you go about coloring the skin with markers?

As always, like the vibrant and bold colors :)You drew their pose well and they look very proportionate too. The background looks cool with the patterns colors and the railing.Nice job with their outfits too, they are so detailed and must have required some intense concentration.
