I had a different end result in mind though, but I like the result nonetheless. I hope you like it too!

I drew eyes first... then the face... then felt like wavy hair. And unconsciously I added the scarf and fluffy ear things (don't know how it is called). I felt like editing, because I wanted something colourful like V's, so there you go. ^__^'

All done by me. Drawing done with HB mechanical pencil, and editing with PhotoStudio 5.5. No vectors whatsoever was used.
