Yup. I was wearing short sleeves (This was in Arizona) and I was sitting with my cousin. He came up to me and asked me why I was wearing what I was wearing. I told him "Because I felt like it." Then he said. "You should have worn long sleeeeeves." and rubbed my left forearm as he said "sleeves". I told his mom. Got him away from him and have been slightly afraid of children ever since.
