Take a photo of her stash in case she tries to get rid of it. Make sure to include obvious items in the photo so they know it is your sister's room/not faked. Either tell your parents or blackmail her. Your call.
Is she chasing the dragon? Popping pills? Snorting coke and dancing hard techno?
I think confronting your sister is the best idea, perhaps on a day when your parents are out? Gah, what a horrible situation. My thoughts are with you hun.
I think that I would confront her alone first, and give her an ultimatum, of sorts. Maybe find out if she has a real addiction, or is just being an idiot. If she has a real problem, then you should involve the parents immediately. If she is just being dumb, I would threaten to tell the parents unless she tosses the drugs she has, and quits them forever. Gather up some REAL horror stories to tell her. Ones about tainted drugs and girls just like her ending up dead, or worse. Make her watch the movie “Trainspotting” or something terrible like that. You’re young, so she might actually listen to you.
