Oh my, look at all those pluses... Someone's being a busy bee.
Puerto Rico is a protectorate of the United States of America. The only thing preventing it from becoming a fully fledged state is congress' dissatisfaction with how the flag will look. *Is a sponge*

Aww, thanks. I'm doing alright now. I realized that Math isn't what I HAVE to be good at in order to do well in Japanese or art... so, yeah... XD I just need to pass the class, that's all... ugh... -_-|||
