well If you use photoshop too this is the technique I use:
I used Imageready CS2 is another program that comes with the Adobe Photoshop CS2, the other photoshops (cs3, cs4, cs5, etc) are supposed to already have the animation tool in the program. Here's a couple of tutorials I used:
