Yes when people grow older, they change such as brother's and sisters, but I still think your brother likes you a lot, despite the fact that he hangs more out with your cousins. He's just getting older but it must be hard to see him grow a bit away from you.. It's great that you're making a drawing for him :3 I bet he'll love it! ^^
