Well, I meant people could then go and watch the second season of Clannad on their own if they liked the first -- I don't think we would watch the second season for Anime Club right after finishing the first, because we did not do that with Minami-ke.
Yeah, I saw that, and I want to watch it also. But then if we go from Clannad's first season straight to the second, it'll be even longer before I get SZS exposure. So for me it's also a semi-tactical decision.

If I do, my vote is also for Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei. I tried watching it once and didn't really get into it. Perhaps watching it with other people would change that.

After reading the descriptions and looking up the anime a bit more, my first vote goes to REC. It sounds like a cute, fun series.
Second choice would be Clannad -- everyone should see it, and it would be perfect with the second season airing during the fall (a good deal of it would have aired by the time we finished the first season, haha).

I say Gakuen Utopia Manabi Straight!, because I have yet to see it. . .Though I do not mind watching Clannad or Sayonara Zetsubo Sensei again. ^^;

I'm up for Sayonara Zetsubo Sensei or Clannad, since I remember hearing people raving about them. I like exposure.
