Yeap, I've seen him on DeviantArt. He's a total purist when it comes to anime and only accepts the 80s style as being the "true" form, which can be a little grating on the nerves. Still, I learned my cel-shading style from observing his work and yeah, he's got stills of the Doctor Who anime up on his account, so it's pretty nifty.
