Piko Utatane is actually voiced by a 'Nico' Singer named Piko. He is supposed to be flexable to be both a girl or a boy. But his girl voice is a little... Erm... Weird.
I think the person who voiced Piko is somehow related to the person who voiced me~! I don't know in what way, thought.
