A week had passed since the team formed and all of Sonic Youth were now in Greenland for the first round, Dave was exhausted, not only did he have to do race runs, he had more dates with the female racers, drained and ready to drop, he went to the pop up cafe hoping to see Gaz only to find his colleague Gwen.
Gwendoline Jinks was Gaz's most trusted barista, one would assume she was his girlfriend yet mysteriously they've never once been seen together in the same room.

Gwen: Gaz is busy with his team.
Dave: No matter, sleep now.
Gwen: That team must've done a number on you for you to be this exhausted, I'll get the SD mug. So tell me how Sonic Youth does things, make any new friends?
Dave: Think it's clear that Jetstream Jason has issues, he's a cocky ass hole and never shuts up about his achievements.
Gwen: Sounds like Partridge Paul.
Dave: But worse, Stormfist Stuart is a little easier to understand but he is pretty protective of Tabitha.
Gwen: He's twice your size, I wouldn't try it.
Dave: Elio is very quiet, he keeps to himself, Brock keeps trying to make deals with me or at least thinks I have enough money to make a deal, Charlie is just hyper all the time.
Gwen: Not a trio I expect to see, go on.
Dave: Jansen is the only one willing to talk to me about actual cars while Daisuke the Box Boy is pretty bad tempered.
Gwen: Low paying Amazon job can do that, what about the ladies?
Dave: Pamela I've not had a conversation with yet, too busy talking to her manager, Gangamma talks to Charlie more than anyone else, I still don't get along with Zoe, although she has calmed down the privilege act.
Gwen: She knows it carries consequences and she can't afford to make the family look bad.
Dave: Yuffie is very sweet and I like her pet raccoon but there isn't a lot else about her, Gaz assures me she'll get better.
Gwen: She defies the law of physics getting into her clothes with those melons of hers.
Dave: I've never really been into girls who swear alot but Sujin has good knowledge of cars and I feel I want to prove something to her especially when she called my taste in cars trash, sadly she's got the flu so I doubt I'll see her race.
Gwen: Is that flu or is her gem about to awaken?
Dave: Coleen surprised me, she was the fastest in practice, afterwards she just went for a pint, she doesn't even try.
Gwen: She's a former test driver, I expect her to be the best.
Dave: Naoko I asked out but she'd only date me if I could keep up with her, and I couldn't, she out ran everyone in warm up.
Gwen: She's horribly competitive, no man dates a Beautiful Sakura member without showing they can beat them in their own game.
Dave: That just leaves Willow but our recent date has me conflicted.
Gwen: You're torn between the childhood friend who showed you how to bmx and skate and made you some of the best bikes around or you want something more with how she looks now, don't over think it and don't worry about how the dating goes, if I were to pick, Yuffie or Coleen would suit you best, right now, you need to prove you can bring Sonic Youth glory otherwise forget the dating, you may not have a job.

Gwen was good at giving advice, Dave knew he'd have to prove more than just a few simple dates, the track is a much better wingman.
Later in the evening Sujin's illness was getting worse, she was in alot of pain, loud tears of clothes and loud snapping sounds were coming from her room as if she was thrashing around trying to calm down.
Only Zoe and Willow knew what was really happening so Zoe went in to try and calm her down.
"Should we?" Before Dave could finish, Willow shook her head.
"Try not to be too shocked tomorrow"
