Dave is unique as he races in Montfort but races under the Helkin banner, Zoe's recent interaction with Blazing Rose has made the other Queens furious thinking that they are trying to take Montfort.
"So what's your rank, because your name has popped up alot lately" Willow asked.
"I have a rank?" Dave asked confused.
"You don't check your mail do you, you never change, you're a top ten driver right now, but because Ramona has you on her leash, people think you're trying to claim Blazing Rose's territory" Willow explained.
Dave still doesn't know if he can leave, the thought of upsetting Ramona and incurring the wrath of the Helkin family was too much to think about.
"I'll be your mechanic no strings attached but you must leave the Helkins and drive independently as a ronin, Sonic Youth has plenty of racing power so you won't be down on cars" Willow trying to use logic but Dave still wasn't sure.
Willow sighs and they says "I'll date you if you do this"
Dave sent the fastest text message ever quitting the Helkins on the spot.
