Digital inking is the worst. orz I think there was one thing I uploaded that I didn't do a line art for... But I can't really think of a way around inking this. ;u;

And yess, I love that big butt clothing~! *.* So pretty~! Maybe if you make the outfit a tad bit longer...or make her like Madame Red from Kuroshitsuji and make her older, but attractive...(?)
I prefer inking traditionally just 'cause it's quicker...but you draw both in traditional and digital...a LOT so I must say good luck to you...maybe you'll find a way not to ink...but then it still might be hard...'orz
