But it can rain when it's sunny. :) Rainbows come from when white light rays pass through water, which separates the white light into 7 different colors. So there. xD

Hrmmm...now that I think about it...I'm not sure if there WAS any clouds, it's kinda hard to tell. Well, I guess it COULD be impossible in a way, if you think of it one way. But how do you get rainbows? From rain and sunshine together...

However, I've seen rain on a sunny day...except the sun and rain made the sky brown, so I'm not sure what you'd call it...O.o
