Ano, FMA:Brotherhood is the manga version of the anime, as in, brotherhood follows the manga much more closely than the original FMA does, but FMA:Conquerer of Shamballa continues where FMA left off with the final episode, where Ed is on the otherside of the gate. I don't know how much Al knows, but I hope I managed to clear up your confusion.

idk i think its brotherhood. and as far as i know Ed is in a different universe, and Al dies. so thats as far as i got. i never saw the last ep though. its just what i heard, plus i saw some of the FMA Brotherhood movie. so thats also i how know any of this.
