when you think about it though
it does kinda make sense to put those kids in that place where theyre not talking to their parents and just kinda learning on their own..
i think alot of people outside of that community would probably benefit from a situation like that.
yah~ I know that if they swear into the Church and then leave they are shunned and banned from the community. Are they allowed to talk to their families during Rumspringa though?

another thing about that though is theyre not even aloud to talk to their families if they decide to leave the amish world.
