Uh, the colored pencil brand is kind of mix and match. I have a collection of all the different ones I have bought over the many years, ha ha. They range from prisma to ...colorific. But I only have like 4 prismas that my friend send me. Ack! I am too poor.
And I yes, sometimes, I found out, that the copics look different when you color the base with colored pencil first, it actually goes on a lot smoother and captures the detail of the pencil.
Cool. I like the pictures. Have you ever thought about taking one of them and drawing yourself manga-style?? That would be awesome!! Your work is awesome. :3
By the way, what brand of colored pencils do you use? I love the smoothness of your colors, and I especially love the white shine the characters' hair always has. ^^ Also, when you use the Copics, do you put colored pencil over it or just leave it as is?
