I hope so too. My bro-in-law says brand doesn't really matter though, it's what it has in it. All the parts are come from different manufacturers anyway, no matter who puts it all together.

Oh, nice. Same specs as my laptop, actually, except a bit cheaper (mine is a Toshiba). HD widescreen anime is glorious. :D

In all seriousness, I hope it works out for you. I had several really bad experiences with my Gateway, but it may have just been the one machine.
