I honestly have very little patience for people who drink too much. I know people can be reasonable, but it's those ones that aren't that you remember the most.

The only real pain I felt was embarrassment. ^^; I mean... I feel for the guy because he's my friend, but I've never actually seen anyone that drunk and unhinged before, and in a way it was also comical. I had to hold in my laughter because I knew it was inappropriate.

Maybe next time you can convince him that the glass of Martinelli's you poured him is actually champagne? Or perhaps alcoholic cider?

(What would be funny is if he started acting drunk after that.)

I'm sorry, I'm giggling at your pain. But I totally understand. ¬_¬ One time I was hanging out with some guy friends, and one of them got drunk off his ass and decided it would be a good idea to start playing with a knife.

This is why drink is bad people! i understand your pain man i am always the sober one at party's and i always end-up putting up with that sort of shit! understand why he's stressed but drinking is no the answer!
hope i didn't sound preachy whit that but people tack drinking well over the top.

Me too, but... The guy's got it rough right now. His wife is most likely going to jail and they've got a kid. He's under a lot of pressure.

At least things weren't violent :S I remember once when I was doing some voluntary work I saw some angry drunk dude repeatedly smashing some other guy's face into a wall O_O *shudder*

Yah, not fun. I'm sorry. I got talked into staying with a friend so she wouldn't be alone while her sister threw a pary she wasn't supposed to when their parents were out of state. I am very sorry.
