Yeah, there's a class of loveable-goofball-hiding-dark-past sort of character in anime, and Tsuzuki, Vash, and Abel definitely fit into that.

Get DVR or TiVo, man. TTGL is worth it! Though, technically, I can't vouch for the dub, since I, ya know, downloaded it and watched the subs. ^_^' Kamina's Japanese va is sweeeeeet. Same guy as the very entertaining lead in Tytania. I hope that Kyle Hebert can at least come close. And Simon will literally grow on you. Look forward to it. (And Gome's comment: priceless XDDD)

YNM is an entertaining short series. I need to get my hands on the manga. Muraki is one sick *@#! and needs to go down. >.< Tsuzuki does have a bit in common with Vash, I hadn't thought of that.

And now I really need this house-sitting job to be finished so I can catch up on the current shows, especially Gundam 00. Mustn't. Read. Spoilers.

I just finished Gurren Lagann on the weekend. I don't really want to say much other than the fact that I'm happy I watched the show, but for a good portion of it, I absolutely hated it. That's just me though.

Kamina and Yoko are the greatest. Just putting it out there.

Yeah, I'd say Miki is second to Juri now. Heh, I certainly don't like Touga, Saionji, and especially not Nanami. XP

Seiko's not as annoying as Haruka. ^^ But the cuteness factor is painful. XD

I guess I've noticed Yoshino sooner because of being able to directly relate to her health situation.

Juri is definitely my favorite of the Student Council members too. Her stories are the most interesting (although Miki's problems later in the series are pretty good, too), and I love everything about her character -- she is the prototype for the type of character I always fall for. xD

And, again, I love how completely bonkers the Utena comedy episodes are and how willing they are to abandon any sense of reality whatsoever.

I like Seiko. :( (lol, Des and I are definitely in the minority in that regard. xD)

You know, I overlooked Yoshino a bit during the first couple of seasons, mainly because I love Sei so damn much, but she has become one of my favorites. She is so lovably brash.

Well, now's your second chance. Keep up with it for a few eps, it's worth it.

And yes, the Seiko. Luckily she doesn't appear too often, so the voice won't completely destroy your ear drums.

I'm very finicky about TV these days. I prefer to watch things on my own time and don't always enjoy having to catch something at a certain time every week, especially if I feel like doing something else. It was actually a miracle that I stuck with Gundam 00 all the way through. So, I'm going to stick to my guns this time and keep up with GL. Perhaps the chat will help too.

It's one of those things one person started that's just caught on with more of us. ^^

Is this a race or something that's going on Daniel because this is the second time i've seen something like this O.o not the same thing of course but where the person is listing out anime and telling about it.
It makes me feel so out dated @_@ i can't get into any of the new stuff there for have lost my liking for anime.
