I'm not familiar with DnB as a genre, but I do have some mellower stuff I enjoy listening to. If you haven't heard of them, check out a band called No-Man. Perhaps I'll post some of their songs next time. ^^
I find it very cool you put a whole bunch of links over there. Boy, I remember visiting that world only once it's nice to find a reason to visit again.
I noticed you're very much about rock, I wonder would you even be caught dead listening to a softer type of music? (Though rock can be soft too) Anyway what I'm getting to is have you heard of a genre called drum and bass? Also known as DnB? Reason I ask is that I think since you like progressive sounds that if you had to listen to something other than rock that was mellower it would be that. DnB has a progressive sound as well and I bet you might enjoy that as well. My music tastes are eclectic I pretty much like it all so when people put up music to listen too, I always try and give a listen.
