Guess what!? I was flipping through the channels the other day, and saw Dr Who. XD So I was watching it, but then... T.T My parents said "Change the channel. We've already watched this before." O.O!!! WHEN!? Why didn't they invite me to watch it too?

In a way.
Old stuff = released one story at a time, except in cases of stories being linked (Key To Time season, Trial Of A Time Lord season, E-Space Trilogy, Black Guardian Trilogy, New Beginnings Box Set, etc). Because each story was made up of multiple 25 minute parts, they're usually movie length.
New stuff = Released only in full season box sets like practically all TV series are.
This is my time-wimey detector, goes ding when there's stuff. Also it can boil an egg at thirty paces, whether you want it to or not actually, so I've learned to stay away from hens. It's not pretty when they blow."

It's important to know, stories from the classic series are all released individually, since back then the show was serialized into weekly 25 min. episodes. A typical story lasts 4 episodes. Except for the Key To Time season box set (which is big and around $100), the only full seasons are from the new series (Seasons 1-3 are currently available).
These are all great. XD But wait... they sprang to your head? Does that mean you have them memorized, or is that shorthand for saying that you roughly remembered them and looked up the details? o_o
