About the Disturbed comparison - I've been playing a bit of Guitar Hero III (while dog-sitting - grr) and noticed more prominently the guitar and bass work in "Stricken". It's reminiscent.

I was hoping someone would say something =P Glad you like it. I used to listen to Disturbed up until a few years ago, so now worries with the comparison (although I don't quite hear it myself, but it's been awhile).

That's some awesome album cover art. Attack of the rhino-oliphaunts!
This is some pretty powerful music. Non-screechy, so I could take it seriously. ^^ Some of the guitar sections made me think of Disturbed. I don't know whether they're 'despicable' to you or not, but the composition is solid.
As always, two thumbs up.
